Thermowood® is the product of an environmentally friendly heat treatment for softwoods. Each piece is steam heated in a kiln, the heat goes to the core of the wood affecting its molecular structure and driving out moisture and resin. The result is a timber with reduced moisture content and enhanced physical properties, able to withstand a multitude of weather conditions and perfect for use in Southern Spain.
The timber is ideally suited for outdoor use, even where there is water. It is also perfect for extreme weather conditions.
